Payments and cancelling – Cancellation policy: If less than 48 hours notice is given, or there is a failure to turn up, you will incur 100% of the treatment fee. Exceptional circumstances will be considered. Cancellation fee will not be charged for appointments cancelled due to covid-19 symptoms (follow NHS link), either in you or members of your household.
